Returns are accepted only under the conditions described below. Please read carefully before submitting a request:

Damage During Delivery
If the item arrives damaged, a return is possible only with video proof recorded at the post office at the moment of pickup.
The video must clearly show the unopened package, the full unboxing process, and the visible damage.
Returns without such a video, taken at the time of receiving the parcel, will not be accepted.

Item Not as Described
If the item is intact but does not match the description (such as incorrect color, size, or model), you may request a return.
Photo or video evidence clearly showing the discrepancy is required.

Manufacturing Defect
If the product has a factory defect, a return or exchange is possible after providing photo or video proof of the defect.
The item must be returned complete and in unused condition.
All return requests will be processed only after we review and verify the provided materials.
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
In cases of manufacturing defects or store error, all shipping costs will be covered by us.
